In the beginning...

So I thought it would be fun to create a "family blog" to keep all of my family and friends updated on our life as we know it. Lots of people are doing the blogging thing now, which I used to do as well, but I got out of the habit a long time ago. I think it's about time that I get back into it for anyone and everyone who is interested in our lives or the life of our wonderful little boy. I won't always be updating, but I will from time to time. So check back periodically. You might see something new. I'll post updates and photos, mainly of Hunter because our lives aren't very exciting except for him. Haha! He is really a blessing from God, though he is growing up way too fast! Latest accomplishment: rolling over from back to front. He is excited by this, though once he is on his tummy, he can't roll back over and this tends to upset him quite a bit. We proceed to help him roll back over to his back and he will repeat the process over and over again, getting angry every time that he can't roll back over once he's on his tummy. We have also progressed to the baby food stage. We are trying one new food at a time. Unfortunately, we started fruit first, after the cereal. Surprise surprise, now we can't get him to eat veggies. He takes one bite of the squash and looks like we've just placed a spoon full of nastiness in his mouth. Hence why the doctor suggested trying veggies first. "We don't want him to know the sweet stuff is around just yet." Yea...doctors typically do know what they are talking about. My question is...why don't we listen to them? Haha.
